No Refunds
Win Business Collective does not offer refunds for services rendered.
Our work involves strategy, time, analysis, and custom deliverables. Once work begins, that time and effort cannot be returned or reversed.
Payment Structure
To keep expectations clear and aligned:
Project-Based Engagements

50% of the total fee is due upfront to begin work

The remaining 50% is due after agreed-upon deliverables have been completed and delivered
Monthly / Ongoing Plans

Fees are billed at the beginning of each month

Access to services and availability is tied to active payment
Fee Waivers (Case-by-Case)
While we do not issue refunds, we may waive remaining fees in rare situations at our discretion if:

Circumstances materially change

Continuing the engagement no longer makes sense for either party

A mutual agreement is reached
Fee waivers are not guaranteed and are handled case by case, with fairness and good faith.
